Background
Leo Cussen Institute is a 38 year old not for profit organisation that provides high quality education and professional support services to the law industry. Their current website required updating to complement the new visual identity system we created, and to provide a unique experience for members.
Solution
After defining the requirements of each virtual user, blueprints and a cohesive strategy were created. A range of member benefits were incorporated into the site, focusing not only on the end user but streamlining back end admin processes. This improved staff efficiency, acheiving a substantial time and cost reduction. Member features implemented included an online CPD point managing system, podcasts, e-commerce and streamlined publication purchasing system.
Results
The website was launched with a comprehensive marketing spend, and a competition targeted at busy lawyers to sign up to the site. The new website not only updated the look and feel of the Institute, acheived large efficiency savings, but differentiated the Institute from the competition, resulting in an increased member base and turnover.
